The ART OF CREATIVITY~ You and I are powerful creators of our lives through our beliefs, thoughts, words, and actions.

We thrive when we create and explore. This desire to understand and to become the highest version of ourselves should never falter.

It is through our awareness that creating, being, or playing leads to more moments of joy, self-discovery, and connection with others.

Our actions of creativity lead to more creative moments, once it is turned on, the creative force has a consistent flow within the medium we are using.

This is how I nurture my relationship with creativity. I do that which aligns the flow such as lighting a candle to set my intentions, diffusing essential oils to fill the room, and choosing a crystal that I sit with at my computer. It is here, in this intentional space, that I begin to explore the art of my creativity.

The words move on to the page through my keystrokes, and I refine them by reading them aloud to hear their rhythm and cohesiveness.

Let us give ourselves permission to play and be creative. It will bring more energy into every area of our lives. It will stimulate that which is no longer moving and where the motivation has waned.

It is in the ART OF CREATING that we open ourselves up to the infinite possibilities and our answers to the unknown become clear. Let our lives blossom into the masterpiece that we came here to share in this beautiful journey.
