    Daily Intention… I AM

    Two of the most powerful words that we can say are ‘I AM.’ The thoughts and words that follow this phrase are crucial to the life that we are creating.

    If you or I had to describe ourselves to a stranger, would our words be ones of kindness and love? Even though we have many roles in life, let us take a moment and ask ourselves this question: “Who am I?”

    Each of us is a powerful creator residing in a miracle body, creating a life filled with experiences through our thoughts, words, and actions in every moment.

    Yes, we are creating our destiny through that which we do or don’t do. We choose in every moment what follows that phrase, ‘I AM.’

    We make that choice, but, more importantly, you and I can change those words today to be more empowering.

    We can opt for words such as I AM love, joy, peace, hope, light, grace, inspired, or compassionate. Let us choose words of wisdom.

    Be thy Light…
