Daily Intention… EXHILARATION

Let us visualize the breeze touching our skin as we sit on a swing under the old oak tree. We tighten our hands around the ropes and begin to rise into the air.

Higher and higher we climb as the EXHILARATION of the moment washes over our being. You and I are connected to the tree by the rope, tied to the branch, that supports us; the tree is connected to the earth as the roots spread throughout the dirt and provide stability.

Our ties connect us all to humanity, and we enrich our experiences through creating memories that are filled with love. These moments of EXHILARATION are priceless occasions when every cell of our being is alive and present.

Find that moment today where the smile cannot be hidden, when the giggle bubbles up inside, and we look to the sky and shout ‘thank you.’

Let us allow the EXHILARATION to wash over us in the moment that presents itself, for it will not come again.
