As we walk through our day, may each thought that crosses the mind be from a space of LOVINGKINDNESS.

As you and I accomplish the tasks on our lists and as new items are added, may the actions to complete those tasks be from the intention of LOVINGKINDNESS.

Our journey is enriched and our heart more fulfilled when each thought and action comes from this state of being. You and I were created in love, and the Universe shows us kindness each and every day.

The birds sing their songs, the grass reaches for the sky, the sun shines, and the moon glows for us to witness the beauty of life.

Let us see the kindness, feel the love and share all things with a state of LOVINGKINDNESS.
