Daily Intention… MIRACLE

In this very moment, as we sit and are present, let us listen to the MIRACLE of the body that we are so blessed to reside within.
–
Our hearts beat steadily while the blood rushes through the veins, flowing like a stream to the ocean. We do not will it to be; it just is.
–
This MIRACLE, a capsule that holds the spirit of you and me, allows us to touch and experience the textures of all that we see.
–
It allows us to smell the freshness after a rain shower when all seems anew. It allows us to hear the music of nature, instruments, and the voices of others. It allows us to see the various colors, the flora and fauna that surround us, and the beauty of our amazing planet in this blessed life.

Let us take this moment to be in the presence of the MIRACLE of our bodies – true wonders, to be loved unconditionally – and radiate gratitude for all they provide us to experience in our journey.
