    When we live in the PRESENT, there are no regrets about the past regarding how life could, or should, have unfolded differently.

    When we live in the PRESENT, the thoughts of tomorrow do not bring worry or anxiety over things that may or may not come to pass.
    –
    Grounding ourselves in the now brings more peace to our minds. Our lives tend to fall into place effortlessly, and the grace of the Universe becomes apparent in all that we see.
    –
    The perfection of life’s timing was always there, waiting for us to become PRESENT enough to see the blessings of the journey.

    We are the best version of ourselves when we live in the moment of now.
