As we experience life in difficult moments, the emotions that you and I feel can be manifesting in our physical bodies as ailments or injuries.
This does not have to be our reality if we are in tune to that which is happening internally and externally. Let us feel the emotions as a wave FLOWING through us, always moving around us as we breathe in and breathe out.
Let us not swallow the pain or the hurt of the negative energy. This will prevent our well-being from FLOWING effortlessly with the Universe.
Let us remember, all that you and I experience are but moments. The tears, laughter, anger, and sadness take place, and we acknowledge the wave of emotions; but then we must release these emotions from our being, allowing the stream to continue FLOWING in and around us in the course of the experience.
These moments are only a grain of sand on the white beach that we walk upon during our journey.
