Daily Intention… NURTURING

We choose, in every moment, the perception of life that is NURTURING to the soul. As the rain falls, do we see the beauty that it brings to the Earth or do we groan that it will ruin our plans?

The NURTURING of the soul takes place when we are present and in tune with that which is happening at the moment; true consciousness fills up our being, the heartbeat slows, and our breath becomes deeper.
–
You and I are responsible for the energy that we bring into a room, relationship, and conversation. If we are in tune and balanced in our mind, body, and soul, then life is met with a perception of hope.

Let us choose in every moment the NURTURING of our being and deliver more Light into the world.
