Each of us determines what has VALUE in our lives.

Many may believe that things such as gold, platinum, silver, pearls, and diamonds are of importance, but we decide the VALUE of those things, as well as our relationships with one another and ourselves.

You and I determine how we spend the commodity of time. That choice reflects what our priorities are, and this will differ for each of us.

Let us consider how we spend our time and think about our priorities. The moments that we spend with our passion, relationships, and in nurturing ourselves should reflect what is important in our life.

Let us begin by making conscious decisions about that which is important to us, aligning our time accordingly.

Our life is filled with more joy when we VALUE that which enriches our lives and the world around us.
