    Let us take this moment to connect with the essence of who we came here to be. JUST BE here, present and in the now.

    –

    Let us take this time to center ourselves with a visualization of sitting upon a rock, next to a stream and watching as the water cascades down the stones of a bubbling brook.

    –

    The leaves rustle above as we witness the water’s journey as it gently caresses the pebbles of the creek bed. At this moment, let us allow our hearts to be present and ourselves to JUST BE.

    –

    Let the worries of yesterday and the anxieties of tomorrow melt away. Our essence longs for the nourishment of connection with the Universe, which allows for the renewal of our souls.

    Life brings us many choices and paths, but the lesson is always to be present and living in the now. Today let us choose to be connected to the essence, unified with all that is, and to JUST BE
