    Daily Intention… REFLECTION

    Time is a gift that has been given to each of us. It allows for the REFLECTION of our past and how it has expanded our present moment.

    It is through a conscious and meditative breath that you and I experience the fullness of our love for the world around us.

    This moment allows for the REFLECTION of that which is for the highest good.

    There are times of both sadness and disappointment along our path, but each of these moments of contrast allow for our essence to shine through.

    Let us always appreciate the REFLECTION of life’s lessons that bring us the wisdom to make the most of our time on this planet.
