    Daily Intention… SHIFT

    Each of us can SHIFT our thinking from a negative perception to a positive, and open our hearts to the world around us.

    At this very moment, we can choose thoughts of love and gratitude for the body that we reside in, and through which we experience life.

    We can SHIFT our words to ones that are of encouragement and support for others in their personal journey.

    Each of us can brighten the world by seeing things through love; the grass will appear greener, the flowers will smell sweeter, all the things around us will begin to reflect a new perception.

    It is through this SHIFT that we will have more joy and peace within our beings, allowing our hearts to expand and shine in every moment.

    Be thy Light…
