    Daily Intention… SPONTANEOUS

    Let us take a moment to be SPONTANEOUS. Let us dance in the rain like children and sing our favorite song at the top of our lungs.

    Let us call the old friend that crosses our mind or smile at a stranger as we hold open the door.

    How about we skip down the hall with a carefree attitude, smiling at everyone we see?

    And now, let us take the time to reflect upon our SPONTANEOUS moment and how it has lifted our vibrations.

    We are a creative spirit that desires to be present and enlivened by what we experience.

    It is through SPONTANEOUS moments that we feel in tune with the Universe and our hearts open to the possibilities of life.
