    Daily Intention… LAUGHTER

    As the sun rises in the sky and we awaken to experience this amazing world, let us remember the power of LAUGHTER.

    When you and I laugh, it awakens our body and refreshes our soul.

    Our energy level rises and all that we do seems achievable. It is also fun and enjoyable to laugh until our sides ache and the tears run down our face.

    Let us release the seriousness that sits heavy on our souls, allowing the joy to enter into our hearts.

    May we embrace the giggles that bubble up inside of us and choose LAUGHTER in this very moment.
